ABOUT THE ARTISTS FLINT BLADE Flint Blade is best known for creating live, uplifting soundscapes of voice, beatbox and the Chapman Stick, a unique guitar/bass tapping instrument. Drawing influence from dub reggae, jazz and world music, Flint crafts his own unique "Jambient" style of music with recent performances incorporating steelpan, electronic production and hoop dance on stage. Based in southern Florida, Flint tours nationally and has produced, recorded and published his own albums since 2005, establishing his own label “In Love Records” in 2014. AIRE & SOL Nicole Ajna and Michael Bakhos have been involved in various forms of art for decades. Together they have unified their love for music and nature by creating their unique musical project Aire & Sol. The name is inspired by the many languages and beings of the earth, and by the vital elements that bring life. In between their vocal harmonies intertwined with motivational lyrics, Nicole plays both dreamy and upbeat wooden flute while Michael adds percussive beatbox while simultaneously creating groovy and unique guitar sounds. As the live set drifts into the ethereal, Nicole will create a wall of sound with flute and vocals mixed with storytelling. You may feel an urge to get up and dance as Michael creates a beat and the music starts to become lively and fun.
